Innovative Design converted 1,140 SF of a former copy facility into a smoothie bar.

The improvements included:

• Removal of existing ceilings, finishes, lights, diffusers and fire alarm devices
• New flooring, wall finishes, and ceilings
• New service and work counters
• New walk-in cooler
• Integrating food service and sales equipment supplied by Owner
• Infrastructure for new electronic menu boards installed by Owner
• New lighting in each area
• Updated power distribution for the renovated area
• Added new plumbing service
• Reused HVAC with new diffusers and returns
• Reused sprinklers
